We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it better. ๐
โฐ Return Window
You have 14 days from your purchase date to return or exchange items. We know life gets busy, so please keep this timeframe in mind!
โ What We Need for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item is:
- ๐ Unused and in original condition
- ๐ฆ In its original packaging
- ๐งพ Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase (for in-store purchases)
๐ซ Items We Can't Accept Back
For health and safety reasons, some items can't be returned:
- ๐ Underwear (required by law, even if unopened)
- ๐ Gift cards
- ๐ท๏ธ Sale items (unfortunately, these are final sale)
๐ Gift Returns
Marked as a gift? You'll receive a lovely gift credit for the return value, and we'll mail you a gift certificate once we receive your item.
Not marked as a gift? No worries! We'll process the refund back to the original purchaser, and they can sort things out with you.
๐ Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items that arrive defective or damaged - that's on us! Just drop us a friendly email at sales@shazem.co.za and we'll make it right.
๐ฐ Refunds
Haven't seen your refund yet? Don't panic! Here's what to do:
- ๐ฆ Check your bank account first
- ๐ณ Contact your credit card company (they sometimes take a few days)
- ๐๏ธ Give your bank a call about processing times
- ๐ง Still nothing? Reach out to us at sales@shazem.co.za - we're here to help!
๐ How to Return or Exchange
Making a return or exchange is easy:
- ๐ง Email us at sales@shazem.co.za with your reason for return/exchange
- ๐ฆ Your responsibility: Return shipping costs for change of mind or wrong size orders
- ๐ ๏ธ Our responsibility: Return shipping costs for manufacturing defects
- ๐ Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and process your refund/exchange if everything looks good
- ๐ธ Refunds go to your nominated bank account (original delivery fees aren't included)
โ ๏ธ Partial Refunds
Sometimes we can only offer partial refunds if items come back damaged or missing parts (when it's not our fault).
