We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it better. ๐Ÿ˜Š

โฐ Return Window

You have 14 days from your purchase date to return or exchange items. We know life gets busy, so please keep this timeframe in mind!

โœ… What We Need for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item is:

  • ๐Ÿ†• Unused and in original condition
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ In its original packaging
  • ๐Ÿงพ Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase (for in-store purchases)

๐Ÿšซ Items We Can't Accept Back

For health and safety reasons, some items can't be returned:

  • ๐Ÿ‘™ Underwear (required by law, even if unopened)
  • ๐ŸŽ Gift cards
  • ๐Ÿท๏ธ Sale items (unfortunately, these are final sale)

๐Ÿ’ Gift Returns

Marked as a gift? You'll receive a lovely gift credit for the return value, and we'll mail you a gift certificate once we receive your item.

Not marked as a gift? No worries! We'll process the refund back to the original purchaser, and they can sort things out with you.

๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items that arrive defective or damaged - that's on us! Just drop us a friendly email at sales@shazem.co.za and we'll make it right.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

Haven't seen your refund yet? Don't panic! Here's what to do:

  1. ๐Ÿฆ Check your bank account first
  2. ๐Ÿ’ณ Contact your credit card company (they sometimes take a few days)
  3. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Give your bank a call about processing times
  4. ๐Ÿ“ง Still nothing? Reach out to us at sales@shazem.co.za - we're here to help!

๐Ÿ“‹ How to Return or Exchange

Making a return or exchange is easy:

  1. ๐Ÿ“ง Email us at sales@shazem.co.za with your reason for return/exchange
  2. ๐Ÿ“ฆ Your responsibility: Return shipping costs for change of mind or wrong size orders
  3. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Our responsibility: Return shipping costs for manufacturing defects
  4. ๐Ÿ” Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and process your refund/exchange if everything looks good
  5. ๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds go to your nominated bank account (original delivery fees aren't included)

โš ๏ธ Partial Refunds

Sometimes we can only offer partial refunds if items come back damaged or missing parts (when it's not our fault).
